            MELTING EFFECT

Colored smoke is colorful but is difficult to time, stinks, may activate smoke alarms, and is a pirotechnic - uninsured or illegal in some venues and states. Generally, this scene is performed in subdued lighting, permitting:
        1. Using a cueable glycol fogger with "household dryer" hose releasing fog through a porous platform with an overhead colored light source.
            The witch slowly collapses then rolls upstage behind the platform, allowing the fog to dissipate and the scene to continue.
        2.  Wearing a full-length, full-wrap cape, the witch protectively wraps herself while collapsing into a blackout.
