Because nearly all GTS customers must meet a production deadline, are frequently developing a creative visual idea, and have budget limitations, a telephone discussion is recommended to clarify options and accelerate order handling: 712/255-0972.
Generally, minimum office hours (exclusive of holidays) are: Monday through Thursday, 10:30 am to 3:00 pm Central Time.

In an effort to minimize confusion and maximize service, WEB ordering is not available.

If in Sioux City, you are welcome to stop in. Although all goods are warehoused, we have a fitting and demonstration area for customer convenience. Appointments may be arranged and purchases of any size may be made.
The minimum shipping or open account invoice is $15.00 NET. Generally, most tax funded organizations (schools, governmental agencies, etc.) are, upon request, immediately granted limited open accounts. Other organizations may acquire open account status based on a history of business experience with GTS. Some orders for custom-made goods may require an advance deposit or payment in full - inquire.
All payments are in United States funds, generally, as cash, check, VISA, Master, or Discover Card. Returned checks or other payment default problems will result in the addition of collection charges being added to the default amount. No international COD payments.

         SALES TAX
Sales delivered in Iowa will include sales tax. Exceptions are governmental agencies, Iowa certified educational and some medical institutions, and organizations registered with GTS as resellers (request details). Sales tax exemption is determined by source of payment; e.g., a school teacher's personal check purchase is taxable.

Graduated quantity discounts are available for most items. Additional discounts may be available to tax funded, non-profit, and reselling organizations - INQUIRE. As with sales tax exemption, organization discount applicability is determined by source of payment. Minimum discountable sale is $75.00 List priced. Due to increased handling costs, international shipment orders are less discounted - request details.

Most in-stock orders are shipped within two business days. Stocked back-orders are generally shipped within 7-10 days. Custom-made items vary with item and season - inquire. DEADLINE date required, if applicable. If we are unable to deliver by your specified DEADLINE, you will be notified immediately, usually with suggested alternatives.
Unless otherwise customer requested, most orders are shipped UPS ground to the 48 contiguous United States, Canada, and Mexico. Most small to moderate size orders beyond these areas are shipped UPS air. Request details regarding parcel post, bulky or heavy freight, or other air freight options.
Most minimum $200.00 orders include 48 states ground UPS. Most smaller orders are minimally charged shipping and handling as follows:
        $13.00 for UPS ground, $20.00 for UPS 3 business day delivery, $25.00 for UPS Blue (2-day), $40.00 for UPS Red (next day).
Heavy, outsized, or irregularly shaped packages; as well as, COD or other special handling services usually require additional packaging/shipping charges. Applicable foreign duty charges will be collected by deliverer.

Basic fitting information is provided with each product category file. Telephone for additional assistance. For groups, outfitting sets may be arranged - inquire. During production preparation, open-ended invoicing may be arranged - inquire.


No returns or exchnges without a Return Authorization lable will be accepted. Exchanges, returns, and special make-up cancellations are, at least, expensive - usually, minimum $10.00; possibly, 15% of invoiced value. If in doubt about item suitability, request assistance before ordering.
Absolutely no returns or exchanges of makeup, fabric, trim, lamps, custom and special make-up items.
